Multiple Issues with Mobile View

Hello,
I have my website setup and it looks the way I want it to on desktop view, however, there are multiple issues when I view it on mobile. Please advise.
1.) The main graphic on my Home Page is cut in half. How do I set the main image to shrink to the size of mobile when viewed? Screenshot is at: https://imgur.com/a/GLcJMmR
2.) The Hamburger menu in the top left section of the menu is not visible. If you click in that area, it will open the menu. How do I make it visible in mobile view? Screenshot is at: https://imgur.com/a/mpIFrnT
3.) My containers on my main page are showing three columns in desktop mode. When I switch to mobile, it only shows to of the three columns in each section. The third section is grayed out in mobile preview. How do I activate those third columns in mobile? Screenshot is at: https://imgur.com/a/rjjgxjc
4.) My Recent Posts section in mobile is showing the entire post content instead of a preview. This is causing it to overlap text onto other previews of posts. How to I prevent this from happening? It is working fine in desktop mode. Screenshot is at: https://imgur.com/a/h2oR6Cm
