Need help accessing wp-admin and doing theme updates after 1 year of inactivity

Hi,
We had a great working version of the theme online, however we neglected the updates for about 12 months and now cannnot access wp-admin anymore to do some housekeeping. Just purchased renewed support to get this up and running again for our client.
Hope to receive some initial support on this. We can work via FTP.
