need help in adding property locations

hello i am trying to create property locations, and using custom links to create sub menus. i am facing two problems in this,
1. when i create a location i can see that in my create a new property option in locations but when i create a sub location in a location, i cannot see a sub location in my new property add page.
2. if i search a sub location in my location of adding a new property page, it shows the sublocation on a search, but when i click that sub location and update property it is not showing that particular property in that sub menu.i have tried multiple custom links but it is not working with me, can you help me to show sublocations in my new property add page and help to show properties in sub menus of homepage.
