Need help with styling sub-menu

Please see http://www.blackburncle.com/ click on “Courses” and hover over submenu item “Classroom.” I would like the hover text to change to white and the blue background to fill the entire 260px of the parent container but can’t seem to get it to work. Below is the CSS I’m using under Customize->General->Custom CSS.
Any suggestions?
