New member on membership who gets a padlock on all courses.

Hello again,
I have still the same problems with new members who gets padlock on all courses. See last ticket who is closed.
I had a few members sign up today. I checked the membership and the courses were not available. but I was able to open up the courses by deactivating and then activating the membership again. This process opened the courses for the member. So there are still a issue on the page. This is cumbersome to do every time I get a new member. The error does not occur with those who already have a user account when they renew the membership or existing membership. Only new members with new user accounts get this error.I made a new test account today for show you the issue. On this account you see there is padlock on all courses when you are logged in.
