No dates displayed for checkin/checkout (after a user has booked) and other bugs

when I book use the calendar to book a room, the chosen dates (checkin-checkout) do not display:
– in the confirmation email (to either the admin or the customer): http://bit.ly/2ppBADE and http://bit.ly/2FQilO1
– in the bookings edit screen in WordPress: http://bit.ly/2FUgmE3
– i ran a couple of test. Is the availability calendar actually working? I just booked a room twice in the span of 5 minutes for the same date and it went through. This isn’t how it’s supposed to happen…Also, can I see a calendar in the backend that quickly displays which dates are no longer available (booked dates)?
you guys already have our access info (3rd ticket in a week), so thanks in advance,
