I really wish I didn’t have to get in touch again, but I’m having another serious issue with the theme.
A couple of customers reached out to me complaining that they couldn’t finish their order. I’m afraid I’ve lost a couple of customers with this issue and that is unacceptable.
Once again, due to the requested updates, some settings were changed automatically and some plugins deactivated, making the shop unusable and losing sales. First, the Learnpress course was changed to be handled by lp-checkout instead of woo-commerce checkout.
I’ve changed that, but to my surprise, the checkout on woo-commerce is facing some issues as well, showing: “No payment method is available. O seu carrinho está vazio.”. And there’s nothing a guest can do with that. I’ve tested myself both logged in and on incognito mode, and I can’t make it work. I can’t checkout. Another issue I’m seeing is that the cart icon (with the number of items in the cart) only appears on a product page, not anywhere else. It should be displayed on any page. Why is it not showing? Can you please have a look?
