No registration form and no link to register in login or header

I have purchased “Coaching | Life & Fitness Coaching WordPress Theme” from Envato. After installing and setting up the theme there is no registration page and no option to include “Register” in the header. Other themes I have purchased give the option in the admin to include register / Login in the header.
When I click on login there is no register option either.
When I go to pages in admin to try and edit the registration page nothing is there and to create a new form I need Pro.
How can I add Register option to the header and Login and how do I create a Register page for users to use?
