Not possible to change footer with ELEMENTOR

Hi, I’m following your online guide, but I’m stuck in 7.2.3.1.footer section.
You guys says that to change footer Eduma logo, phone, email and social media links we have to go to dashboard + appearance + footer and edit the text.
I only have this: https://prnt.sc/WNhfsUUQsjKS
There is another way to change it? I have tried with Elementor, but is not editable.
