Page Title without subtitle but in the same hight?

  Hello,
  
  I would like all my Page Titles to have only the Title and no subtitle.
  
  Thats how it is now: https://prnt.sc/tlbjaf, https://uni.chronoinstitut.org/blog/
  
  But if I select the check box hide subtitle and description, the title moves further down: https://prnt.sc/tlbikn
  
  Is there a way to prevent this?
