Permission to access the EVENT MANAGER

Morning,
I have created an editor user, the user must have the ability to log in and create events, whit Event Manager plugin, I have used several plugins (User rol editor, adminimize, capabilities) to give him permissions, but despite this it keeps giving me “Access denied for permissions”. Are there by any chance limitations at theme level?Thanks
