PHP needs to be updated – This is not updating.

Hi
I contacted my hosting providers to update the latest PHP version for my website. They carried out the updates their end, but in WordPress I still received the following message. ‘Your site is running an insecure version of PHP (7.2.34), which should be updated.’ The hosting providers believe it is one of the widgets connected to the Coaching package that is blocking the PHP from being updated.
Can you please check this out.
