PHP, Slider Revolution and page builder need fix!

Hello
elpiscollege.ca having many problems and require to fix the issues as below:
1. PHP needs updating. Should we ask to host company to update PHP?
2. Home-slider existing file is gone since the slider revolution plugin updated. However, the slider shows on the web. How do get the file back?
3. WP page builder are disabled of entire pages. The plugin is active. How do get this back to edit the pagesThanks in Advance,
