Plugins not working with multi-site

Hi, we purchased the Academy LMS yesterday believing we could use this on our multisite implementation and make use of the plugins contained therein. It appears however that this is a completely custom structure which we are not able to use in our system. Having looked again, I note that you have a premium ($250) bundle of plugins which might work – however this is far too expensive for our requirements.
Can I there request that you refund the purchase price since this does not meet the need, is not as we believed from the advertised description and will not be used.
