Premium Bundle Add ons with Course Builder Template

Hello,
I have purchased the Course Builder template and want to install some addons including the grade book add on but despite it saying the premium bundle including gradebook add on is free when you purchase the template, There is only an option to purchase it on my dashboard. How can i download the premium bundle for free.
