Problem Importing Demo Content

I have trouble in the Import of Demo Content. I have followed the installation instructions exactly and I am stuck in the “Getting Started” proccess, at the “Import” phase. I am using the Elementor page builder and want to import the “Demo Life Coaching”. I have also tried the “Demo RTL” and it doesn’t work either. Help, please?
