Problem LP and woocommerce plugin. Not showing item in the LP order

Hi.
I am using LearnPress WooCommerce Integration and I have setup the settings exactly as it is described.
The Woocommerce order works fine, and Learnpress>orders have an order, BUT the “purchased” column reads (no item) and the order is empty. Not in the woocommerce side, only in learnpress order. But that make the user unable to access any content after buying the course
Please let me know what could be the issue.
This problem happens when is a new user, however, when is an existing user the process is completed fine.I have a second problem with LP review addon
Got the LearnPress – Course Review added to my LearnPress installation and the review function is showing and working for administrators, but the stars for grading is not showing for the students. This means that the LearnPress – Course Review plugin does not work, at least not for meI can see other people in this forum have the same problem, but the response is private.

Sadly the problem persists.
Please send me a guide or tutorial-.I have background working but the problem is the same. When a new user order, the item don’t appear in learnpress orders
