Problem rename “Create A Listing ” and to change the link

I have a problem with the renaming as well as with the option to modify the two “buttons” to the right of the Menu. I read the manual several times and I couldn’t find where I can change the text on the “Creative a list” button and put a different link on the adjacent icon with the little man. Can you tell me how I can modify them? Thanks
