Problem when buying course keeps coming out protected content

Hello I have already contacted several times for the same subject and I see that technical support does not do anything or does not find a solution, the website is completely updated in everything. But when you buy a course it does everything right and you can log in but you can’t see the purchased course appears as protected content. Please help
