Problem whit the bank of questions

Hi, I have a problem whit my quizzes, I am trying to add a question but when I press enter the question turns grey and looks like it was loading, I tried first add the question at the bank of question but I have other problem, when I try turn the form of the question for multiple options and I click the option I can’t select the option, if I try add the question whith the default option I can but when I serch the question in the quizz it doesen’t exist.
