Problem with booking and cache (maybe?)

Hi,
I’ve a problem on the site http://www.lecaribou.ch.
As soon a want to modify any booking, i cant remove the booking from the chart.
A difference exists between the chart and the checkout page.
The WP HB Mini chart widget doesn’t contain the same information on all pages.
If i remove any booking from the chart, i become an error message that i need to try again later (but doesn’t help).Attached some screenshots about this case.
