Problem with Extra Option in other languages

  Hi THim,
  as this screenshot below, in the main language (italian) in the extra options i can select the TYPE (number or trip) and the if REQUIRED https://prnt.sc/m41itg.
  
  Instead in the other languages english and deutsch is not possibile ì, the buttons seems freezed and also the customs fields seems doesn’t working https://prnt.sc/m41hiw
