problem with the translation of plugin assignments and certificates

hello, I have problem with the translation of two specific plugins, “learnpress-certificates and learnpress-assignments” all the other plugins and the general topic I have already translated without problem, but these two are not synchronized.
It is very important to have all my site and plugins in Spanish.
When translating “learnpress-assignments” the template defaut was “learnpress-assignment.pot” and the auto configuration with “crazy translate” was “learnpress-assignments.pot” so change the name of the original template and everything is correct but not the translation is displayed.
I have also tried changing the configuration in “crazy translate” to that as the template route as it comes from default “learnpress-assignment.pot” but it does not work eitherI have also tried only to create the language without making any changes and it does not work either.
It is similar in the case in the two plugins, I send screenshots of the configuration
please I need you to give me a solution
