problem with theme anc customise several problems

1. Each time im updating theme all my customise options are changing and I have to make my work from the beggining.
2. I have problem with customise option. When I change one option, for example logo size and i publishe all changes, then i change for example colour of text and all widget is getting mad and agai is changing fon size, setting logo in different place. Its really annoying.
really every single change I made and save properly, soon its change other options. -
