Problem with theme customization

Hi there,
I’ve purchased the Coaching theme from Themeforest and installed it in roshidul.info. After importing the demo content I faced difficulties in customizing the home page from the Appearance>Customize menu. All the customize menus were blank (https://prnt.sc/ILmAwfFjk5qx) . I tried to deactivate all the plugins one by one and surprisingly the main plugin for the theme which is Thimcore, I deactivated Thimcore I got some of the customize menus there. After that I’ve tried to customize the homepage with elementor but the page customizer didn’t run even in safe mode (https://prnt.sc/Mk508rS-XhTu). I’ve tried in several ways and followed the theme documentation as it is but failed each time. When thimcore is active I didn’t find any customization menu there. The demo homepage loads in the website but not like the documentation (https://prnt.sc/CX7mGOeGdsc3), also the theme layout was changed and I can’t customize it with elementor. I’ve tried the other two page builders but failed. All my system requirement is working fine. I need the solution to customize the theme and I need to know why this is happening with me. The customization is urgent needed.Thanks and regards
