Problem with Thim Framwork and Import of demo

      Problem 01:
      I can not install the thim framework plugin, because I submit the following error:

      Parse error: Syntax error, Unexpected T_FUNCTION in /wp-content/plugins/thim-framework/tp-framework.php on line 139

      Problem 2:
      I can not see the area to import Theme demos.
