Problems to update theme.

Hi, Thoa.
I have tried by all methods to update the theme to the latest version. I have reviewed the forum and the video, but each time the topic is updated broken.
Apparently the update deletes all the previous configuration of the child theme including logos, menu settings, photos, and css.
Is it possible that you will help me to request this matter?
