Hello everyone,
We are using Eduma 5.4.4 and Learnpress 4.2.6.3 for a website with an integrated online course. For the last few years this solution has worked perfectly for us. A few weeks ago we noticed that the “Start course” button no longer worked. Instead, we were getting the following error message when clicking on the button:
Error 402: Unable to add item to order. Please try again.
Does anyone have any idea how we can fix this?
Thank you and best regards!

Hi carlomassmann,
Please give me your site URL and a WordPress admin account by using “access information”, see instruction here https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/send-sites-access-information/, I will check your issue.
And please backup your website before we do anything on your website.

Yours Sincerely,
Julia

Dear carlomassmann,
We checked the reason by Database on your site has problems. All table errors autoincrement like the below errors:
WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘13106’ for key ‘PRIMARY’ for query INSERT INTO
kw_posts
WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘111’ for key ‘PRIMARY’ for query INSERT INTOkw_signups
So on your site can’t create Page or Post. So LearnPress error same. Now, we need to reset autoincrement on each table, very more table. So please wait, when we have done, we’ll reply to you.
Thanks.
