Problems with sticky header an 1st page right after installation

Hi,
I just bought your theme and installed it with the demo package at https://dev.lifeguruonline.com/
As you can see
a) the sticky header does not work (even though it is checked)
b) all the page specially the parallax sections do not appear as they should (the blog part of the first page is placed upon the parallax of the previous section etc.I do not know if this is problem of the visual composer I have choose as builder.
Any solutions ?To see in just minutes of interaction so many problems does not make me feel very optimistic about your theme
