Problems with the user registration section

Good Morning,
We wrote because we have bought your COACHING theme and we have the web almost finished but we have detected problems with the user registration section as well as the login / logout section.
A yellow phrase “no apps configured. Contact with your administration” appears in the registration process. Attached image.
Can you help us please.
