Put a minimum of reservation nights in special dates

I want to put the client book a minimum of nights on a special date. For example, on December 8, 9 and 10, the client can book only 3 nights, if he wants to book only on day 8 and 9 he could not, he would need 3 nights. For the rest of days leave it by default.
If it is possible to make this implementation, tell me the price.
