Quiz template not talking correct responses

Hello,
My students are experiencing an issue with completing Quize’s. We did a screen share yesterday to walk through the problem and I found that even though the correct answers is being marked during the quiz and show is green as completed in the review.
The final Quiz does not get marked as complete, but failed. And when you look at the breakdown of Correct, Wrong, Skipped, it shows that all seven responses were skipped. This is incorrect and something is no longer working.
Can you please take a look at it and release a fix?
