RECURRING PROBLEM – "Please login to view content" shown to logged in students

  This problem had occurred 2 months ago and I had raised a ticket. It still remains unsolved and students are again and again facing the same annoying problem….. enrolled and logged in students are shown the error “This content is protected. Please login and enroll course to view this content !”
