Refund for product as it is not working like it should

To whom it may concern
I would like to request a refund for the product I purchased as it does not work like it should and unfortunately I am extremely unhappy with it.
I had to download and upload it three times before it integrated with the theme that it said it was compatible with. Then once it uploaded It would not update the course with the selected instructors I had chosen to teach on it.
Now on top of this, it has also affected the performance of my website. when I go to create lessons in learn press plugin (which was working fine before) the letters now type right to left, instead of left to right and there is no way to correct it.
I would appreciate greatly having the money refunded
