Register and Login Redirect is not working

Hello support Team
I have this issue for two themes from you. I want to redirect both register and login to my own custom url.e.g
During customizing I went to Customizing â–¸ General-> Utilities and put register and login url for their fields correctly but is not working.Other issue is that register link is not appear on right far menus only show login link. Even after I have checked ( Anyone can register ) box in Settings -> General -> Membership
Kindly fix this issues
