Register button doesn’t work

Hey, everyone!
I created another topic, because everytime I try to answer the old one the system log me out. So, here is the situation: when I click on the register button, on the home page, it send me to the home page. I updated the theme and all plugins and still the same.
Can you help me? User registration is essential for me to be able to have students on the platform.
