Registration and forgot password functionality not working.

Hi There,
We just noticed that registration and forgot password functionality is not working on our website. Below is the error we get on both link.
1) After registration it register the user but shows one error message “There was a problem with your username or password”
2) when we click on forgot password and then click on email link to reset password it says “invalid key”.
https://prnt.sc/22jwbynAlso after login it show just welcome screen we want to redirect the user to profile page. Let us know if that’s possible.
