Registration Form on the Homepage

Hi,
I am trying to change the text on the registration form shown in the picture (https://ibb.co/tHR3MjM). In the top yellow section of this form, there used to be text however when I tried to change it, the text doesn’t show up. I have looked at the documents and it has said to go to pages on WordPress, click the home page and edit the text widget (https://ibb.co/2PyLTNd). However, when I go to the home page I do not have the option to do this as it only shows up with ‘edit with elementor’ (https://ibb.co/Yhjsmn7). How can I fix this/ type in the text so that will show up on the top of the registration form?
