Registration link is missing from navigation menu & cannot find page

Hi,
In your demo the registration page link is attached to the sub navigation bar on the left hand side of the log out/log in link.
It is missing in my theme. How do I attach the link to the left hand side of the log out/ log in link on the sub navigation bar.
Only the back end of the registration page can be found but when you click to view the front end of the registration page it cannot be found.
