remove childen vaue from HB room search widget on home page

Hi, I am using this home page http://www.forsterluxuryhouseboats.com.au/wp/home-bbqboat
I want to remove the “children” and “Adults” in the search and just have “Guests” as we have a max capacity of 10 people and 6 people for our room hire (houseboats)
Is it possible?
