Request info button in offline courses not opening pop up form.

If you go to my course page, like this one:
https://universidadnexumdemexico3.wpcomstaging.com/oferta-academica/mgdo/
You can see the “request info” (“Solicitar Información” in Spanish). When you click it, it pops up a contact form.
But, when you scroll the site a little bit, a new button will appear at the button, making it easier for the user to request information while scrolling…
THE PROBLEM is that when you clic that button, it just will take you to the top of the site, instead of oppening the contact form.
Can you help me with this???
Is there a way to customize that button?
