Room prices and rooms availability

Hi Team,
I need to know if I can give different prices to same room: ex. Standard room double use 90$, single use 70%.
from what I was able to understand It’s necessary creating 2 different rooms (for same room) with one price each.
If this is really so has no sense.I’m also wondering how is possibile to modify rooms availability (ex. receiving reservation from other channels I need to remove or decrease availability)
