/rooms/ page – block booking period

Hello ! :)
I’m a little bit confused as I can’t find the /rooms/ page in the list of pages…When I click on ‘rooms’ in the main menu it send me on a page called Rooms Archive but I don’t know how to access to it to rename it (I edit the website in french language).
And I have another question about the booking system, is it possible to open the reservations for 4 months every year, by another method than clicking on every day ?
Oh and how to manually translate the booking search form on home page ?
