Secondary Menu option is missing and footer menu suddenly forced to the header

I’ve had a simple footer menu for over a year, in addition to a primary menu in the header. After the latest Coaching theme update, the secondary menu vanished from the footer and now appears under the primary menu high on the page (header), where is stays even when scrolling. There is nowhere for me to disable it or move it back to the footer. The primary menu works fine — where and how it should be. I’ve disabled plug-ins, udpated, cleared cache, etc. The ability to configure this secondary menu and its location is simply gone. And I can’t figure out what else is broken in the theme update to FORCE the footer menu to display anywhere. This secondary menu is not selected anywhere and still appears. I just want it back in the footer where it’s always been.
