Section goes blank unless you scroll back and forth

Hello, Thanks for your swift response from my previous challenges. They have been helpful.
I have this slight challenge. I notice that when i load a page (you can check the homepage and other pages), the “become a volunteer” section goes blank https://prnt.sc/rm1sev. However, when you scroll past it and come back, the image and content comes back. https://prnt.sc/rm1vl5
Kindly go through it.
