Shop not showing the "Shop Sidebar" with filters

  Filters / categories sidebar does not show up in the shop or categories pages.
  Product Filters plugin is installed and setup, as is the “Shop sidebar” widget. But it still shows the default sidebar.
  
  Can we solve this?
