Shortcode text showing instead of content

I was recently diagnosing a different issue on a site I’m developing which entailed disabling all plugins, and in the process of reactivating them, I ran into an issue where shortcodes aren’t displaying properly – showing the actual text of the shortcode instead of the content it’s supposed to load instead.
Apparently, this is only with some shortcodes and not others though, as some are along the lines of [INSERT_ELEMENTOR id=”8120″] and one is [ld_course_list] but yet [ld_profile] and [woocommerce_my_account] work just fine.
Can you please assist? Not sure what’s causing this or which support team to coordinate with.
