Significant Theme Issue – Old > Updated Version

I’ve inherited a mess from a new client. Their site (https://lakotafunds.org) site is currently using CharityWP Version: 1.1.4, and the site has issues displaying certain pages, I’ve tracked it down to pages utilizing the ‘Trim Our Team’ plugin (Version 1.3.1). These pages just don’t ever load (example: https://lakotafunds.org/staff-board/). When I disable that plugin, the page loads but with missing plugin elements obviously.
I know this theme/plugin versions are years outdated. I purchased a current version of the theme Charity theme and installed it after taking site backups. Site loads but with broken layouts obviously. When I install the ‘Trim Core’ plugin, I get a critical site error, front end and backend. After deleting the Trim Core plugin via FTP, the site loads again, but I can’t work on page layouts without the plugin.
I don’t need the site running the new theme version, I just need a solution for the pages that use the old Trim Our Team plugin to work. Is there a known cause or version of that just that plugin available for download? I tried multiple PHP versions, WordPress Core versions, etc. If the only solution to fix the issue is with the new theme, I’m fine going that route, but I need to be able to install the Trim Core plugin without a critical error.
