Simple 'Buy Course' process – without need for customers to have an account?

Hi – when I try to buy the course on this page: http://www.deborahwales.com/courses/taster-sesssion/ … it simply comes up with this screen attached. It appears to be an ‘account’ screen. I don’t want people to make accounts – simply go through and pay.
How do I make it function like it should – ie: go through to a shopping cart etc to buy the course?
