Single product customization not working fully

Hi!
I am trying to customize the single product page, as it is set by default like the first screenshot link below. But it seems that the quantity fields remains with the – and + above and below the number and make the line abd buy now button big. Also I can’t find where to changethe price bar color or to hide it below the new price:
